It is difficult to give you a list of winemakers, even a personal one, because there are so many good choices in each village in our region.
In the accommodation, you will find books with the list of all the winemakers in our department. You can find advice from our restaurants but also from our wine merchant at the address opposite.

Caves Bailly-Lapierre
Bailly is the birthplace of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne produced in an underground stone quarry which offers unique natural conditions, otherworldly sparkling wines.
Guided tour of the cellars and tasting of 2 Crémants in the afternoon (departure times on site). Bring warm clothing, the temperature is 12°C.

Musée Vinéa Passion / Le Petit Train Touristique
Discover the wine collection of Alexandre Gautherin, winemaker in Chablis. It showcases the know-how and objects characteristics of viticulture and winemaking. The visit ends with a tasting of the estate's wines, or grape juice for those who do not drink alcohol.

Musée de la Vigne et du Tire-Bouchon
The Museum created by the passionate Alain Geoffroy, winemaker from Chablis, will take you on a journey through the history of wine and its astonishing collection of 4,900 18th century corkscrews. to the present day. A second floor is open to visitors with tools related to vineyard and wine work. At the end of the visit, the Domaine offers you a tasting of its Chablis and offers you the opportunity to purchase a few bottles of its production in detail.
